Unused monthly reviews do not accumulate.
Written follow-through is attached to the decision already reviewed and stays within the published support standard. It is not unlimited messaging, continuous consulting or a second unrelated decision thread.
A shared live Closer session for submitted questions, selected patterns and anonymised cases. Attendance is optional, and members are not required to disclose private matters to the group.
After each six active paid months, one consequential decision already prepared through the Decision Desk can be examined privately with Lance for 30 focused minutes. Relevant material is supplied beforehand so the time is used on the decision rather than basic discovery.
One active decision thread receives prepared written attention ahead of ordinary support requests, within the published support standard.
