Before buying a digital product
These terms explain delivery, access, permitted use and the limits that apply to digital material.
How it may be used
For the purchaser’s own use, subject to the stated access and sharing rules.
These terms are the approved commercial manuscript prepared for implementation. Jurisdiction-specific legal review is still required before production launch.
Product and licence
The US$149 purchase includes the complete ten-part digital decision guide, practical workbook and ten fully worked cases for the purchaser’s personal use. It is a permanent standalone product. Membership, the eleven member tools, Premise member access, ongoing support, briefings and private sessions are not included.
Delivery
Delivery occurs by controlled email only after confirmed payment. The email contains a secure access link, a manual access-page address and an individual token. The public confirmation page does not expose the master PDF or the token.
Protected access period
The purchaser’s initial protected access remains active for 30 days from the time the token is issued. Reasonable repeat downloads are permitted during that period for the purchaser’s personal use. The purchase remains recorded, and controlled replacement access may be issued after verification where appropriate. Sharing the link, token or PDF is not permitted. A refund or payment reversal may revoke access.
Refund position
The intended position is no refund after digital delivery or download, except where required by law or where an unfixable defect exists.
Payment and tax
US$149 is a one-time charge. It is not a membership payment, membership deposit or automatic credit toward a later membership purchase. Applicable tax treatment must be confirmed in the final payment configuration before launch.
