There are four doors. They are not four compulsory steps, and they are not a ladder you are expected to climb. The right door is simply the smallest amount of help that genuinely fits the decision in front of you.
Start with what you need help doing, not with which option sounds biggest. Door One helps you examine one live opportunity. Door Two teaches the fuller method. Door Three gives the practice somewhere to live. Door Four adds closer preparation when the stakes justify it.
There is no prize for choosing the most expensive door. There is only the question: what does this decision actually need?
I have one real decision about an opportunity in front of me. I want to slow it down, examine the promise and see what it is standing on.
